  • Efficiency: By streamlining our operations, we can assist more members more effectively, reducing the potential likelihood of wait times. 

How It Works 

If you call ASEBP and encounter a wait time, you will have the option to request a callback. Simply follow the prompts, and a benefit specialist will return your call as soon as possible. Please note that callbacks may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. We will make one attempt to reach you, and if you miss the call, you are welcome to call us back at your convenience.
