Note: 

  • August 31: This is the deadline to submit claims to your existing provider for expenses incurred on or before this date. Please contact benefits@rockyview.ab.ca if you have any questions or concerns about this deadline.
  • September 1: Submit claims to ASEBP for expenses incurred from this date forward. ASEBP cannot accept claims for costs incurred before September 1.
  1. Complete and submit the following forms (if applicable). Please ensure you follow the submission instructions at the top of each form. 

  2. Sign up for your My ASEBP account.

    • You'll find your ASEBP ID, which is needed to create an account, in your ASEBP welcome email that we sent to your work email on August 19.

    • Once you've created your account, you will need to verify your personal information in your My ASEBP account. Check that your name, dependants, and address are all correct. This is also where you will add your bank account information for claim reimbursements.

    • Your My ASEBP account is where you will access your personal benefit information (which start September 1), submit claims, use our drug inquiry tool, view your usage history, and more.   

  3. Starting September 1, sign up for your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to access free health and wellness supports.
