The Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP) is recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
ASEBP’s CEO, Kelli Littlechilds, retired at the end of September after a 43 year career with the organization, including more than seven years at the helm. Kelli leaves a legacy of innovation, collaboration, and growth within the company and with ASEBP’s various partnership organizations. ASEBP thanks Kelli for her unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding support to Alberta’s public education sector and ensuring that covered members have access to health and wellness benefits and supports.
ASEBP’s governing body is conducting a robust and competitive search for the new CEO and has engaged Leaders’ International, an expert in executive recruitment, to lead this process.
The CEO reports directly to the ASEBP Trustees and provides visionary leadership to advance the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. Responsible for achieving both short- and long-term goals, the CEO ensures effective stewardship of ASEBP’s human, financial, and operational resources.
