Employee and Family Assistance Program
The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is included in your ASEBP benefits, and accessible through a third-party provider, GreenShield. Your EFAP can be used in conjunction with Extended Health Care (EHC) to help you get the most out of your ASEBP benefits throughout the year.
ASEBP covered members and their dependents each receive a free yearly service allotment per calendar year.
Not sure which EFAP service is right for you? Create an account to use GreenShield’s Care Navigation tool on GreenShield+ to find the best services or resources based on your health needs.
